Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Volley Beast (the "Game") at volleybeast.online, operated by the Volley Beast project ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not play.
1. Your account
- You may play as a guest, or sign in with Google to save progress.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share access with anyone.
- One person, one account. Creating additional accounts to manipulate ranking, rewards or events is not allowed.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
2. Rules of conduct
While playing, you must not:
- use cheats, bots, modified clients, automation, or exploit bugs in the Game;
- interfere with the servers, or attempt to gain access to accounts or systems that are not yours;
- arrange matches with yourself or with an accomplice in order to farm rating, currency or rewards;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat;
- impersonate other players, moderators or staff;
- buy, sell or trade accounts or in-game items outside the Game.
We may mute, suspend or permanently close accounts that break these rules, and may reverse rewards or rating obtained in breach of them. Serious or repeated breaches do not require a warning first.
3. Virtual items and currency
- Coins, pearls, gold dust, chests, characters, balls, perks and other in-game items are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the Game. You do not own them, and they have no monetary value outside the Game.
- We may change prices, balance, drop rates and availability, and may add or retire items, in order to keep the Game working and fair.
- Virtual items cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred between accounts.
4. Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Tebex. Once a purchase is credited to your account it is delivered in full and is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the law that applies to you, or where an item was not delivered because of a fault on our side. If a purchase fails to arrive, contact volleybeast.official@gmail.com with the transaction details.
If an account is closed for breaking the rules in section 2, unspent virtual currency and items are forfeited and are not refunded.
5. Availability
The Game is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted service: matches may be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or faults, and progress may occasionally be lost as a result. We aim to keep the Game running and to restore lost progress where we reasonably can, but we do not guarantee it.
6. Our content and yours
The Game, including its code, artwork, characters, sounds and name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied, extracted, redistributed or used to build another game or service.
You keep the rights to the messages and names you create, and you grant us permission to display them inside the Game so that it can function.
7. Ending your use
You may stop playing at any time, and may ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the Game altogether. If the Game is discontinued, unused virtual currency and items end with it.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress, lost virtual items, or loss of profit arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced in the Game before they take effect. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
